Hidden Grief

“I’m grieving something no one recognizes and I don’t know how to navigate it.”

Rhythms & Routines

“I’m overwhelmed — my schedule, home, and mind are out of control and driving me crazy.”

Does each day seem to take over your life, leaving you feeling exhausted and empty at the end of it?

Are you a busy working mom trying to manage it all, feeling like you simply can't keep up?

Is juggling all of the things leaving no room for you, let alone your faith?

You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

You don't need to have the right words, know exactly what you need, or be certain that coaching is the answer.

You can simply start with a conversation.

Why I do what I DO

I believe that even in the hardest seasons, hope can take root. Cultivate Hope was born from the belief that slowing down, paying attention, and listening for God in the midst of change can help us discover what needs tending—and what may be quietly growing.

I especially want to create space for the ambiguous and disenfranchised grief—losses that often go unrecognized or unspoken—the relationships, dreams, roles, identities, and versions of life we hoped for, but didn't get to keep. These losses can be deeply felt, even when others don't always see them.

I am dedicated to offering compassionate, faith-centered support as you make space for what you’ve lost and discover hope for what comes next.
